Violent shaking for month then snapped axle

Hey guys, so I have a 91 crx base model and I ran over a titanium can and after that my car started shaking on the high way right when I hit 60 mph and when I turn the wheel all the way left (like a u turn) the car jerks and sounds like it's getting stuck or something violently too. After about 2-3 weeks driving like that the axle snapped and was not driveable at all I changed out the axle and it started moving me thinking I just had a bent axle drive and started accelerating faster then my car felt like the wheel got stuck or something and started jerking violently does anyone know what this could possibly be please lmk!!!!!

your answer is very simple
take off the wheel and have a look at what it could be
its that easy

its your car no one can tell you whats bend or loose on your car .
