2000 crv my engine at idle has a reoccurring weird wobbling sound coming from engine bay right infront of driver. If I turn on my ac and I turn the wheel the sound gets significantly worse and RPMS dip into the 200-400 from the 700-800 idle. Earlier I had heat on full blast and kept turning the wheel left to right slightly and it cut off after stuttering a bunch. The whole car shakes somewhat when the Rpms dip. My lights dim down too. And this happens with ac off too maybe just a little bit less severe. Can anybody help with this
