Default Fan Thermoswitch woes

I have swapped an obd2 b18b into my civic, the b18 dosent have the thermoswitch on the back of the block by the oil filter, i was wondering if there was an easy way to piggy back it off of another sensor? Their is a sensor on the head but it only has one nipple while the one on the d15 had two on the rear. Any help is welcome!!

The one on the head with one 'nipple' is for the temperature gauge on the dash.

The one on the back of the block is two nipples, while the one on the thermostat housing is more of a plug

That's where you need to plug into. Extend the wires and attach the 2-pin round plug from a donor harness, then plug it into the sensor on the thermostat housing.
