Oil pressure
Sounds about right, assuming the engine oil is fully warm. That said, the number is likely to be lower for engines with a few hundred thousand miles on the clock. Even if the pressure is a little low, that in and of itself is no cause for alarm.
Per FSM
Engine Oil temp @ 80°C(176°F)
Idle- 10Psi minmum
3Krpm- 50Psi minimum.
OHC engines require a bit more pressure than OHV so the 10psi/1k rpm does not follow for our engines.
