Default 2007 Diesel itdci bolt torque settings

Hi all,

Ive had to sign up to the forum again as I haven't used it in years since I put my ITR into storage !
Any way I am having issues with my Daily Driver (2007 CRV 2.2i tdci) the engine code is N22a2 which is also found in similar age civics etc.
I traced the fault to the high pressure fuel pump being seized so have a replacement on the way to me. I also have to reconnect the nut to the work drive under the exhaust cam shaft which drives it (this undoes to save the camshaft becoming stiff and slipping on the main timing chain, thus preserving the engine from destroying its self)

Ofcourse having forked out for a fuel pump and new gaskets etc i don't want to buy a complete workshop manual just to get the torque settings for the camshaft bearings and rocker cover when i come to put it all back together at the week end.

So my cheeky question is.....Can anyone advise me of the torque settings for the cam shaft bearings, rocker cover bolts and injector clips if possible.

If any one can help it will be much appreciated and save a manual being purchase for what seems so far a fairly straight forward job. Also I apologise for such a request at what may look like my first ever honda-tech forum post.

Regards

Justin
