Throw out bearing?
My car grinds every gear after the other night when my clutch went super soft, and didnt want to disengage the clutch. Halfway home the clutch works but it hard to put the car in gear. In neutral at 700 RPM idle the car shifts fine, but when first turned on with engine at high idle the car shift rough, sort of like poping into gear, especially fourth. The clutch resevour was empty about a week before this happened which turned out to be a master cylinder. The clutch also doesnt grab a gear untilk the clutch is almost at full release. Are these the symptoms of a faulty release bearing.

Has your hydraulic clutch been properly bled?
Do you still have a brake fluid leak somewhere in the hydraulic clutch system?..
Maybe its time to replace the clutch?...
Actually the clutch is a merley two months old. The master cylinder was replaced and there are no more fluid leaks. The release fork goes out all the way which makes me assume that the slave is alright. Could it be a broken spring, or a loose flywheel. I just dont want to pay all that money to take my tranny off if its not necesary.
