As the title says...I would like to know if a window motor from a 99-00 civic will work on a 98 Crv.
driver side window wont go down...in the process of diagnosis the issue

Have you cross reference part numbers?

 

Have not but looked on ebay an it says 92-95 civic n 98-02 prelude are the same...maybe 96-00 civics are different
i plug the 99 civic motor to the crv wire hardness and still no go...
tested the wire hardness and it got power on both side of connectors
so, im thinking the switch is good...probably bad motor, ground or another wire
Also, the two wires i test only comes on my test light when i pressed the window switch down not up
