I’m looking at getting a Del Sol again. I’m curious, because of the small “stereo slot” if anyone has managed to find a fairly easy way to install in dash lcd screens. Im looking at a 7” lcd with Apple CarPlay but I’m not sure where it would fit without having to custom make the air control unit with it.
I searched the forums and couldn’t find anything already existing so I figured I would ask.

I could. Yea. But even with the fold outs, doesn’t the unit set recessed into the dash? If I remember correctly. So the screen would try to come out and flip up, hitting the door cover on the dash.
or am I wrong?
