Hey I’m swaping a 98 type engine in my ek coupe and wanted to know is there anything I have to do to the wiring add or take off anything please let me know!!!

If it’s coming straight from a type r u must:

use em1 harness everything plug n play. If not 99-00 ex harness. Convert dizzy to to obd2b. A rpm wire from driver shock tower


em1 t bracket
em1 post mount (block mount)
Any 96-00 rear mount
Any 96-00 tranny mount
any 96-00 stock driver mount

now you you must do ckf or whatever oil pump trick
or run obd1 ecu with obd1 ecu jumper harness and ignore the ckf sensor on oil pump

axles shift linkage plug and play
