Ruckus Clutch/Final Drive Spline size
Hey all,
I'm planning an electric conversion of a ruckus and am doing my initial calculations to figure out what's possible. One thing I'm trying to figure out is how much torque I can put through the final drive without completely wrecking it. I need more information about the splines on the existing clutch/final drive input shaft. From various ebay links (https://www.ebay.com/itm/232006004764?rmvSB=true) I gather there are 19 teeth and a inner-spline diameter of 13.5mm, but I really need the pitch diameter of the spline, see picture below for pitch circle.

Based on the fact the spline has to have integral diametral pitch, I know it's one of several values. If somebody happens to have a either a clutch or final drive shaft laying around, can you take this measurement for me? Many thanks

Post over in a scooter forum for help. Here’s an active one. We’d love to see an electric ruckus build
