Default Help with my 96 prelude

I need help, my 96 prelude has 23a1 block but has a black top vtech head. It's obd2 but harness is obd1, can't get pulse to injectors..

Please help. Can not get pulse at injectors, I do have power to all injectors, but put a noid tester on and no pulse???? HELP PLEASE

It's an h23a dohc, vtech, I've put 2 resistor boxes on it tried 2 different ecu, I have power to the injectors, but no pulse. I've put a noid light on the plugs, no pulse. It's an obd1, have new inline fuel pump, plenty of pressure to fuel rail. It has a distributor with external coil...

It had a small fire by the mastercyclinder, but harness was replaced hasn ran since. If you spray 2+2 in the intake it will fire

92-96 prelude OBD1 not OBD2. Make sure you have the correct injectors for your engine/ecu first. Check the fuses, pull the ecu codes, check the thermostat ground.
