Wassup guys I have a general question about trying to pass NY state emissions test. I have a b series swapped ek/ex and no obd2 reader can scan my computer . I have no check engine light on my ecu is not chipped and everything is basically stock so can anybody give me some reasons why this is , I really don’t wanna have to let go of my car
