2006 civic LX periodically, not starting when you turn the key sometimes you hear 1 click. nothing lights up on the dash, if you take the key out of the ignition a few times it will start but the radio has to be recoded in order to work. Battery is clean and checks out good. grounds seems to be good. This problem started after I installed a Safe Ride, module in the diagnostic port that was given to me from my insurance company. (discounts), I removed the module but problem continues.
