Default 2008 Civic EX air conditioning help

So my wife’s Civic has suddenly started having ac issues. While turning the ac on, full blast at MAX AC, we are getting semi-cool to warm air.
An odd attribute to this case is that when the AC is ON, the compressor turns, but never cycles off. The only way to stop it from spinning is turning off the ac from inside.

I’ve already:
Checked Freon levels. It’s full.
Checked the relay in the fuse box under the hood.
I can feel the “L” line cooling up, and the “H” line staying warm.

Any othter suggestions?
Thanks.

Are both fans on the radiator working?

Yes both fans are working. Forgot to mention that!

If the fans are working properly and the Freon charge is correct, the low side line should both be cold all the way to, and have condensation on it all the way to the compressor.

At first the low pressure line was warm to the touch, but suddenly after I was troubleshooting some options, it started to get pretty cold. The compressor still stays on and doesn’t cycle however.

if the refrigerant level is in fact good the compressor is not building enough pressure to allow it to get cold, and also shut itself off.

otherwise I would assume it's low on charge because expansion valve failure on hondas is rare.

The compressor never shuts off though; unless I manually turn the ac off inside.

Hmm I hope not. You think it could be an issue with the interior buttons?
