07 Civic si CV axle help
Hey everyone,
first time posting here because I'm having a problem. How do you remove a stuck CV axle (passenger side)?
I read on another forum that you can take out the entire assembly with the half shaft still on it and go from there. But how do I got about separating the int. Shaft from the axle once it's all out?
All I find on YouTube is people who make it seem like it's supposed to just slide out on it's own with little to no what force.
Help please 😭

FSM has you beat it out with a punch and sledge.
When I did my clutch, it did not come out of the half shaft easy. Goes back in easy but didn't come out easy.
Also it was done with the half shaft still connected to the engine and brackets etc.
You remove the axle from the front spindle, then beat the axle out of the half shaft, then you unbolt the half shaft from the motor and pull it out of the transmission.
If I remember, I will take pics of the FSM pages tonight for you.
Edit: I'm sorry, as typical, I forgot after my hour and 45 hell commute home and wife directing me elsewhere once home. I'll try and remember tonight.
