You're in the wrong forum. 2001-2005 model is considerably different from the 1996-2000 covered here.
As generic advice, throwing the O2 sensor heater code immediately on startup usually means one of the following
- sensor bad -- its heater is open (can be checked with ohmmeter)
- faulty wiring
- blown fuse

Pre-face (01-03) and facelift (04-05) civics (EM, ES chassis) are similar but have subtle differences. 01-03 should be the same within their TRIM LEVEL AND CHASSIS. Different D17s used different exhaust setups. I'd go junkyard one.
