Speedometer increasing randomly at a stop, beeping sound
This just started happening earlier, where the speedometer would increase then go back down persistently, with a random beeping noise.
Does anyone have a clue what this could be? Here's a video of it occuring:

Keep in mind the rev at the beginning was me, not a result of the speed reading.

something to do with cruise control. ..for real...
i wired my cruise control from my wheel to a button on the dash. it works fine...but if cruise control switch is off...and i hit the set button...my speedo and tach have a seizure.
faulty ground. clean engine grounds.
