Car pulls right even after alignment
What does the spec Sheet say? Everything looks reads ok? Shop set everything with in factory spec and same on both sides?
If they can't set it up straight and can't tell you what's wrong with it. Your should find anoher shop that knows what they are doing. That's what alignment shop is supose to do. Lol
Going back to dealer might not solve your problem. You have an older car they may just start throwing parts at it.
Any accidents? Suspension damages ?

If the front tires are worn uneven, or at un even pressure that could also cause a pull. Also roads which arent flat will cause a car to pull one way or another even with a good alignment
not a good alignment work done. i would have expected both front toe's to be at least symmetric.
and they usually do a drive test to confirm.
were they busy?
i know its shop/operator dependent, but ive always gotten a good alignment from firestone.
