Won't go into gear in the A.M

I have to let car warm up at least 10min...to get into 1st or reverse...I attempt to shift while waiting....and it will gradually allow me ...but no fixed time frame..any suggestions...

Most likely the clutch disc sticking to the transmission input shaft. Could also be synchro related or related to transmission oil. Does the pedal have play?

Changed.... trans oil this last weekend used "honda genuine"...made a big difference...shifts are smooth...thought oil would fix problem but no luck
