Integra won't fire up
hi guys i'm having a bit of an issue thats causing me great anxiety. So I have a 2001 Integra GS-R that a friend and I had rebuilt about 6 months ago. I havent had any issues since the rebuild until yesterday. I went to start my car and it wouldnt fire up. It cranks and gets to the point where its ready to start but fails. I can hear and feel the fuel pump kick in and smell unburnt gasoline. Battery doesnt seem to be the issue as everything powers on when i turn the key 2 clicks. I would appreciate anyones input on how i should go about this issue. Thank you
You most likely don't have spark, most common is the ignition coil, its about $60-$120 for a aftermarket one. But first determine if your getting spark out the spark plug wires, there's a few easy ways to do so or to basically check for spark, search youtube for tons of vids on how to do it. You can also open up the distributor cap and inspect the ignition rotor, sometimes they get loose or break off and you get no spark, if that looks good and the contacts inside the cap look good diagnose the coil and go from there, its usually the coil though.

Thank you a tons for the help!
They do test ICMs a friend mine took his to a local autozone, they hooked it up to a machine with an instruction sheet they printed out, tested it and based on one of the lights that started flashing it said the ICM wasn't getting any current.
