01 LX Civic not charging battery.
I've read through a number of posting on this forum regarding this issue and tried many suggestions posted in them. Here is my situation:
New Battery and alternator, both have been tested to be good.
There is continuity between the alternator positive post and the battery positive, the 80 amp fuse is intact.
I have tested the 7.5 amp fuse under the dash with a fuse testing light.
The battery light was coming on, but it's becoming intermittent, could be because of the battery dying during testing.
I shot voltage at the light green connector to the alternator, the black and yellow wire reads battery voltage, and I was able to manipulate the battery light in the dash via grounding the blue and white wire in the connector.
I was almost positive the alternator was bad considering all the wires I've shot are good, but I had it tested at O'Reily's and it was producing voltage.
I have to drive from Texas to Florida and be in Florida by Monday, if I can't get this problem resolved I'm going to have to scrap the car and take a rental. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I figured it out. The plastic green plug that goes to the alternator was damaged and not fully seating, but I mean barely. The wires shot good with the plug disconnected, but they weren't all making contact to the pins on the alternator. Went to a junk yard and got a replacement plug, hooked it all up and the system works now.
