My 95 del sol gauge cluster lights won't turn on. I've checked the fuse and it's still good. Can someone help

 

It is not inconceivable that every single dash illumination bulb is burnt out, especially if a previous owner drove all the time with them fully bright.

Check that the tail lights and front corner lights work. They're on the same circuit and fuse. Then I'd go to the bulbs.

Sometimes the dimmer control is bad. This can be checked by substitution or by jumping the solid red wire on the back of the control to the solid black one. The dash lights should then come on fully bright when the light switch is turned on.

 

Not too long ago I had switched o u to most of the bulbs for LEDs
