Front brake upgrade for 1992 Si hatch
I have a 92 Si hatch, but I can't find a clear answer for my brake upgrade. I attempted the big brake upgrade like so:
Mini cooper 280mm rotors, type-R calipers and tsx pads. I've read and heard (even in this video) that the front spindle for a civic EX/Si will work, but it doesn't... I'm assuming I need GS-R knuckles/spindles, but don't know if I need ABS or if non ABS even exist. What knuckles do I need, because 1992 Si knuckles will not work with the common set listed above?

92-95 EX with ABS has the same spindles as non ITR DC2/4's.
Any DC2 or DC4 non type R will work as a spindle donor also.
96-00 EX/SI spindles work...but they are geometrically different from 92-95 civics. So avoid them.

my 94 ex with rear drums and no abs also had the larger integra rotors\knuckles
my 92 and 93si's both had the smaller DX sized rotors\knuckles
for some reason I think only the 94 si with abs got the larger front rotors\knuckles
but as stated above the 94-01 integra non type r, knuckles will work
