92 EG auto to manual

Default 92 EG auto to manual

Question, I have a 92 Civic EG that’s auto, I’m converting it to manual, and doing the B18b1 swap I’m having a little issue finding the correct rear t bracket any suggestions?

yeah, searching helps. 94-01 integra manual. you need an aftermarket transmission mount, which would explain why things aren't lining up

I have the transmission mount the problem is the t bracket should be about 2” to the driver side

the proper bracket to use is a 94-01 integra manual one.do you have it?

I tried a 2000 Honda Civic si t bracket everything fits but now it’s too short and won’t attach to the rear mount now I’m confused Idk if my ds post mount and Tranny mount is off it’s almost about an inch and a half short

Found out the one I have was for an auto, tried a 99-2000 Honda Civic si t bracket everything fits but now it’s short and won’t touch the mount

THE PROPER (ONLY) BRACKET TO USE IS 94-01 INTEGRA M/T.

I have that bracket from a 95 Integra MT, but the nut will need welding back on.

Hey bro

How did you managed to work this out? I am in the same situation, I have the T Bracket and Motor Mount aligned but the Transmission one doesn't align, did you use auto to manual transmission mount? do you have a link for the mount used? Thanks in advance for the help

You have to use the rear "T" bracket for the transmission type... the automatic "T" bracket has bolt holes in the base that are slightly closer together than those found on the manual "T" bracket. The welded mount fork on the passenger side of the engine bay of an automatic car sits higher than the one found on a manual chassis, so you MUST purchase a "auto to manual upper transmission mount". These can be purchased from HASport or Innovative Mounts.
