Most if not all of the "performance" radiators have larger hose outlets that match those on the B-series engine. When trying to mate that to a D-series you will find that you need a special hose with different sizes on the two ends.
Yep, so unless you’re racing or have a turbo or if it’s just plain hot where you live, a larger radiator really isn’t an absolute necessity.
Upgrading because it's overheating on my mountain runs. Currently looking at Mishimoto xline 3 row performance radiator. Anyone here have any experience with those? I hear koyo is good but couldn't find much info on their radiators. Haven't looked at any fans yet
Koyo >>>>Mishimoto "madness". ( Fluidyne is also fantastic)
Fans = SPAL or Zirgo. That's literally " the list"
Koyo, CSF, Fluidyne, and Go-Autoworks all make fantastic aluminum radiators.
Can't go wrong with a SPAL fan. Don't waste your time on eBay fans.
A dual row radiator would likely suffice over a triple row for you. Half the time the dual cores end up performing better in our applications than the triple cores anyway, it depends heavily on the cores that are used and the thickness/quality of the rows themselves.

I'll look into Koyo, CSF, Fluidyne, and Go-Autoworks radiators. Anything else I should check out? I want the best regardless of cost. Thanks for letting me know about Spal fans. Probably going to get that brand
A shroud can also help significantly with pulling air evenly across the surface of the radiator: GO-AUTOWORKS Aluminum Radiator Shroud Slim Fan
