B16b Exhaust manifold - What size collector?

Hey,
Last hurdle on this swap, car is a 1999 EX that I swapped in a B16b into. Exhaust on the car is bone stock, and would like to keep it that way. The collector on the CTR header is huge! the 2 bolt flange is nearly 4.5" center to center. The ID of the pipe is the same 2" as the EX, but the EX 2 bolt flange is roughly 3.5" ctc
I was looking at the PLM test pipe Private Label MFG Power driven 4-Way Testpipes is this what I need or should I take it to a shop and have the EX end cut and install a reducer?
