Default Going insane over this b16a swap

Hello fellow Honda heads!!! I am new to this forum and I need some help. Since I just graduated high school I finally have time to dive deep into my eg6 "build". I have spent the last two week trying to finally "fix" my "engine issues".
Back story:
September of 2017, I bought a red eg hatch with a b16a swapped into it. It was kinda rough but I fixed her up of course. At the time she had two cel, 22 and 23. So naturally, i replaced the pressure switch and ks and the codes didnt go away. I still had vtec so I didnt bother with it, since the cels only came on holding throttle between 3k-4k.
I was a huge honda virgin at the time and knew nothing about the engine really at the time, before this I had a ek hatch with a d16 and sold it after owning it for 3 days. So in my head 5k vtec xover and 7k rev limiter was sickkk.
One day i was watching hot version and it was a "vtec vs 86 battle" video. and I noticed the spoon eg was reving to like 9.4k, and i was like what the heck?!. So i started to "research" the engine I had in my car. This was about January when I really started diving into the b series engines. And thats where I learned that my vtec engagement should be at 5.5k and my rev limiter should be 8.2k ish. Since then I have been hopelessly search for a way to fix this issue.

How the car feels:
When vtec xover, it feels correct, its just at 5k, and then reving it out and then all of a sudden 7k comes up and it feels like it hits a wall, it stops accelerating and it feels like the engine is chocking, i dont feel a loss in power or acceleration at all until it hits 7k. I know b16a's dont lose power until about 7.6k I believe

Current status:
Currently i have no clue what the heck is going on.
i have three cels 21, 22, and 23. I dont know what to do about it, i just replaced the whole solenoid, and its giving me a code now, I have a new switch coming and I already replaced the ks awhile back
I know for a fact I have a m/t ecu (its a jdm p30)
I ran new wires from the solenoid and ks to the ecu
ive done multiple oil changes
The engine is more than definitely at opp temp
The ecu is virgin

Ive spent the past week going through countless posts and havent found a single one fixing my issue, I pray a honda guru on here could help me out. I dont have the funds right now to buy a p28 and chip it or put a s300 on my p30. Eventually maybe, maybe even within the next few months, but I want her to run right before that.

Much thanks to anyone with help or input!

A common problem with '92-95 Civics is a "lazy" tachometer. This makes it appear that the redline is set low... but the dead give-away is that the VTEC crossover point is also low. If you have a STOCK (virgin) JDM P30 ECU... VTEC crosses over at 5400 and redline is 8000-8200 depending on the version. As for why you have all of the codes... you need to try a known good ECU to see if the codes go out. Basically, you have done everything that should fix it... new parts, new wiring... so you have to check and double check the pin-outs to make sure they are correct. Obviously, you are still missing something.

Check that you are getting continuity from the ecu to those two plugs. They may be fine but either not getting a voltage or not sending a signal back to the ecu because there could be a break in a wire. I'm not saying this is the case but it could be and I have experienced this problem before.
