Default 2005 CBR600RR Crank No Start/Compression

I am looking at purchasing an 05 CBR600RR with a crank no start condition. Bike has under 10k and looks to be in decent shape. I was going to check compression prior to buying anything.Generally what numbers should this make compression wise on a stock engine (obviously all readers are different)? I am seeing 178psi in the manual? Also, are there any common issues that would cause this to happen The seller mentioned he thinks its a fueling issue, not sure why he thinks this.

Owner is saying he believes it is a fuel issue because the pump does not prime key on engine off. I would think relay or fuse before anything else though.....

Shouldn't be hard to verify. Give the airbox a whiff of starting fluid while cranking. If it lights off and then dies as soon as the starting fluid is burned off that would suggest a fuel delivery issue.
