everytime i start my car it runs for 1 to 2 seconds and then it shuts off. i start it up and then it won't last 2 seconds and then it dies again, this happens over and over again. what could this be caused by ? please help !!!!!!!

- Lack of fuel
- Failed distributor

Soon as it starts, give it some throttle. If it stays on while you rev it, its your distributor.

 

check your main relay first

 

Ignition switch maybe?

 

main relay....easy to buy, easy to fix.
