Failed smog
check ignition timing mil/cel dtc 8
OBD systems check
Fuel Evap controls function
The vehicle failed the OBD system check because the MIL was on
Please advise

Check your distributor wiring... all plugs/pins pushed in tight and no broken or frayed wires. If all appears good... replace the distributor housing.
