Default rocker arm not engagin clutch

Hi everyone,
Helped my buddy do motor swap from d17a2 w/ vtec to d17a (japanese) w/ vtec and now the rocker arm the slave cylinder mates to wont engage. Any ideas?

The clutch line can sometimes be a bear to bleed properly. When replacing the drivetrain, did you re-use the stock transmission?

Was your throw-out bearing good? Was it even *there*?
