It would help to have a live data OBD1 scanner such as Hondash to see what the fuel trims look like. If it is only one spark plug that has a white appearance then it could possibly due to a weak/failing fuel injector. Another thing to check is valves adjustment. Beyond that maybe a dry and wet compression test for compression rings and a leak-down test to find out if there an is intake or exhaust valve(s) leakage . Check all the spark plugs if you haven't already

I happen to have a (barely) used Hondash Bluetooth scanner I could sell you. I have a '95 EX coupe with a B20 engine..the ECU in it when I purchased it over a year ago was a Honda P75. My engine also developed a lean issue that was narrowed down (using the Hondash) to the ECU . I purchased a socketed and chipped basemap ECU from Phearable and the Hondash will not work for this ECU. The Hondash worked fine with the previous P75 ECU and it will work for your stock ECU as well. Hondash website: https://www.hondash.net/ and E-bay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/OBD-Diagnos...-/152631030248 The owner/seller's name is Milos and he is very good at responding quickly to questions concerning his product.
Including tax I paid around $55 and I will take $40 + USPS shipping fee if you're interested.

I didn't initially reply to try and sell you this scanner but as it is now it's just wrapped-up and boxed not doing my car any good because it can't communicate with the aftermarket ECU that I have installed in my car. The scanner works with a free bluetooth app. There's youtubes on it as well. Up to you either way and regarless I will try to help you with the lean issue as much as possible. The last time I communicated with Milos was in September last year and he said he intends to improve and update the (free) sofware for his app. One of the intended updates will have an alarm (beep) when coolant temperature raises above spec. This site shows some app updates (January 2018) under "What's New": https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ndash&hl=en_US

Here's my previous post concerning the lean idle condtion I was experiencing and the purchase of a new ECU: https://honda-tech.com/forums/hybrid-engine-swaps-18/ecu-95-civic-jdm-b20b-3303540/
