Default NO START...BUMP START?

hello, i have been fighting this issue for a few months now and i am stumped.
culprit: 93 civic dx, obd1, 5 speed ,1.5l boosted, chipped ecm with base tune,440cc injectors.
motor has under 1500miles on it.
new: rings, bearings, block honed and cleaned, valves, springs, keepers, guides, seals, 2 brand new distributors, coils, icm, caps, rotors, plugs, wires, fuel pump, 2 main relays battery, fuses, fuel pressure regulator, adjustable cam gear, cam has 272 grind. i have a spare p06 ecm stock as well that is good (verified on a del sol), 3 layer metal head gasket copper coated.
problem started few months ago. car was having hard time starting sometimes more than others. but could always bump start it. one day i drove it around my neighborhood. ran great sounded good. came back to park it. let it cool then turned it of and it never started since.>no cel from either computer???
since then here is a list of things i have tried besides the list of parts.
-redid the grounds at g101 to ensure they were good.
-checked for voltage in all wires that called for voltage in the ignition system (all were good)
-re did motor and trans grounds.
-checked voltage at ecm pin outs on all 3 clips a b d all had voltage were needed
-checked continuity between all grounds
-checked continuity between voltage and signal wires to dizzy---(i did find a neg continuity on the blue wire for the tach.?)
-checked voltage to and from ignition
-fuel pressure is set to 52lbs and is hitting 52lbs while cranking- (rail primes and then drops to 0lbs in a few seconds but immediately back up when called for fuel.)
-did the timing 5 times to ensure i was correct. always on mark.
i may have more i cant remember all the routes i have gone to trouble shoot this issue.
i was able to bump start it the other day and have it running for the 1st time in 3 months. however if i was not keeping it alive with the pedal it would have died out. the tach was stuck at 1000rpm but i could her the motor was much higher than 1000 rpm....i could not get a nice rev up but was able to get some response when i gassed it. i had it running for roughly 3 minutes. the motor sounded mechanically sound for not running in a while. when i crank it and pres the gas pedal it speeds up and sounds like it wants to start.

i am all out of ideas any and all help is appreciated.

Don't start new threads about the same problem.

There is a well known list of things to check on any car that cranks but will not start and you continue to refuse to do at least one of them.

Got ya

..did not know how to change the title haus.
the compression test was not registering across all 4 from the rental guage. Which I find hard to believe? I could not even hold my hand down over plug hole while cranking?
Thank you.
