High idle, running rich, and car stumbles when giving gas
Title says most of it. As for the idle I unplugged that wire in all the write-ups and then tried adjusting the the idle via the idle adjust screw on the throttle body and there was no change. The car is straight piped all the way to the muffler in the back and it has an intake and header(not my choice, I bought it like that a week ago). Now as far as engine codes go the only one I've seen is #43. The Map sensor has already been replaced and I just replaced the o2 sensor myself, still nochange. What else could cause the car to stumble when coming to a stop when the gas falls below a quarter tank or when you floor it sometimes but otherwise run crazy rich the rest of the time? Fuel pump?
the fuel sock in the fuel pump might be the wrong one or its pointed the wrong way in the tank
and its not sucking in any gas
also your fuel filter in the engine bay could cause this problem
another thing that could cause this it the distributor timing being off
let me know if you want info on how to mess with any of the 3 things i mentioned

ok ill go easiest to hardest
first the fuel filter
youll find the part number and pictures of removal on my build thread named
"Marcos new work car 90 sedan" its on page 1 its probebly something that should be done anyway
a clogged fuel filter will make your car stumble and even die at times while driving
distributor timing!! this is very important to have right
to check dizzy timing you need to have a timing light its a special tool
that connects to the number one spark plug wire and with this tool you can check and adjust the electrical timing
bad electrical timing can cause hard starts and funky idle problems and also a big loss in power while driving
even make your car spit fire ***** out the tail pipe
and last is the fuel sock on the fuel pump
this is the hardest to check because you have to remove the fuel pump to see ef the sock is crimpped
or missing or just the wrong one
now on our cars to have to remove the gas tank from under the car to get to the fuel pump
but i made a easier way that you can find on page 5 of my build thread
so you can get the pump out from inside the car
