Default 1994 Honda accord EX wont go over 4500 rpms

I have a 94 accord ex with an automatic transmission and ive replaced the fuel injectors, fuel filter, distributor, oil pressure sensor and switch, and vehicle speed sensor. I know its not a clogged cat and the tachometer is correct. Any ideas on what it could be?

how do you know it's not a clogged cat ? if it's not the distributor, it's possible that it's vtec related, try checking for codes even if the light isn't on

Open up the TCU and look for burned resistors or leaking capacitors. I remember having a similar problem on my old '92 automatic. If you see bad parts, you can either replace the TCU with one from a junkyard or solder in new parts for dirt cheap from a Radio Shack-like computer electronics store... sadly, I think RS went out of business.

ABS code 1-8(no code 18 in ABS) can be tripped during cold snaps. If it self clears and does not come back it is mostly just an intermittent issue when cold. This is actually part of the diagnostics in the FSM.

If the oil level is low, or the VTEC pressure switch is faulty there may be no code tripped. I've noticed this with 94/95 cars.
Verify the oil pan has full oil(level surface)
Verify the oil pressure switch is not leaking.

If the memory fuse for the ECU is blown it may not store a code.
You can check for codes by jumping the two wire blue connector while the engine is still running, do so after a drive.

oil level is good just checked. checked the oil pressure sensor and its not leaking, abs light isnt on checked fuses all look good. Checked my tcu and its all looks good on the inside. if needed ill post a picture of the inside. I did notice though that my ecu is a remanufactured one., there are stickers on the side saying so and void warranty if label is ripped. the sticker says it was installed 5/7/15
