Horn fuse
when press on horn fuse blown up but when press on brake it’s find what can cause this. It’s on a 1991 integra
But I did get hit by another car on the drive side close to the horn don’t know if that might cause it

yes you have a short in that circuit. check out the wiring for bare wire touching metal or each other move the harness/wires at different locations with a new fuse that has not blown yet and see what section causes it to pop
