car: 1991 Acura Integra LS SE
problem:
deck stop working and clock stop working...
* found out that me cig lighter, clock, interior light fuse was blown (fuse 14)
it was a 10 fuse.....
so i got another 10 fuse and tried to put it in..
fuse blew when touched...
tried a 15 fuse....
fuse blew when touched...
question is...should i try a higher fuse?
what should i do?
imma be driving a 6hr drive soon and i need my radio working and stuff

No dont get a bigger fuse. Thats what alot of people think that you should do but all that will do is set your car on fire because its no enough amps to blow the fuse. You have a short to ground somewhere.
You actually have a short to ground on the power side one of the wires
do not stick a higher amperage fuse in the fuse box, you risk the chance to melting your wiring
there is a short in your wiring causing the fuse to blow, so unless you are confident in reading wiring diagrams and using a DVOM take it to an electrician to he can fnd the problem

check a wiring diagram, the clock, cigarette lighter and radio are all wired in a parallel circuit meaning they all recieve power throguh one wire
check al the connections on that wire as well and the power wire leading to each item for rips or tears
ot may require you to pull the dash off to check the wiring but it should not be too hard to spot
