How many of you are running Ground Control Coilovers on yer EFs.

I have heard the Limited Editions are too soft of a spring rate.

How much have you guys paid for the custom spring rated GC.

What is the best spring rate for my 91 std hatchback with ZC.

Weighs about 2000-2100 pounds.

Last but not least are tokico illuminas or koni yellows the best to run with GC.

I dont care about the stiff ride either, stiff for autocrossing and road racing.

I would call Ground Control and ask them, they are willing to discuss your needs and will recommend a rate that is compatible. On my std with b16 i ran 400F 300R for HPDE's and autocross and it communicated with the road nicely
