Default Hi & help

I have a 99 CRV 2lt petrol auto.
Trouble is it refuses to start in damp or wet. I am a security guard & have either been missing work or left at work.
It has full spark, fuel / air mix, turns over freely. But wont fire up, even after half a can of starter spray direct into air intake..
A breakdown mechanic has split, cleaned & re connected all sensors expect Crank & cam shafts sensors. Distributor cap looks solid & no cracks.
I have got to the point where, everytime I think I have the answer, it is cancelled out. IE:- If it could be the answer, it isn't as it still starts in the dry & hence cancels it out. I have had loads of ideas, to many, but if it was them it would not start in the dry. I am at my wits end. This is doing my head in.
