2006 Honda Pilot with 144K miles EGR valve replaced at 137K and A/f O2 sensor at 129K

Check engine light came on and I obtain 3 error codes P0404 / P2413 / P0420 - exhaust started sounding noisy 2 months ago but I find no leaks - just sounds like internal baffles gone and generally louder under acceleration - just drove back from Pittsburgh to NJ 70-85mph ran great. Is the catalytic converter done?

 

Those trouble codes indicate two separate issues.

P0404 and P2413 is probably due to clogged EGR passages, which require cleaning.

P0420 is probably due to a bad converter. P0420 is Bank 1, which is the rear primary converter (# 8 in the parts diagram).
