I already have a 96 b16 turbo hatch, I want a sohc turbo crx, How much boost to run 14.00 ish?

I just want a cheap little car for everyday driving that still has some pep. Anyone have a crx in this range? I just want it to run in that range because i have a friend who is getting 03 gti and I know that at that range I can still get him even when his is chipped and he will feel even worse about losing to a 10 year old honda and getting KILLED by my hatch, he has this thing about getting beat by hondas. So i just want my beater and my "Race" car to eat him up....

a SOHC VTEC engine running 7 psi should take u into 14's with no problems... i have seen a SOHC VTEC with MSD ignition, headeers, cam gear, and home made intake with slicks run a 14.75... so that its not imposible,,,,
