I have a 2014 crv that i just purchased that was hit in the rear but the glass is still good but i need to take the glass out of it and save it for the new hatch that does not have glass in it. Anyone that can help me out I would appreciate it.

The rear screen is bonded into place and you will require specialised cutting tools - I would suggest you get a windscreen fitter to remove and fit the screen.

This is the correct answer, it's a mission to do, requires piano wire etc. Get a price from the local windscreen fitter to remove and then refit the glass into the new door, they can cut it out and then refit it to the new door, even cut it out of the old door and then come and refit once the new door is fitted to the car. Do not remove the old door from the vehicle before the glass is cut out, it can be a real pita to cut/a lot of force needed sometimes and it's even harder if the door is loose/lying on the floor.

Here’s a link to how the professionals do and they don’t use piano wire.
