92 civic hatch speaker question
Do you have to remove the inside door panel to replace the speakers? I removed 3 screws but it seems to be screwed somewhere else, how do iI remove this screw?

Re: 92 civic hatch speaker question
To remove the door pannel there are 3 screws one in the handle you use to close the door, one behind the door latch handle and one that is plastic in the flat contor that raps around the dash. You also will have to remove the window crank arm it is held in by a large sir clip. once you have that removed the pannel is held in buy snap pins that are located around the door skin use a trim removal tool to pop them free and remove the door pannel
Here is a how to on removal of the window crank

I replaced mine, and I'm 100% certain that I didn't have to remove the entire door panel...just the speaker panel. I think you just need to carefully pry the speaker panels off once the screws are out.
