Default Dpfi to mpfi help asap plz


Hey guys I just did a dpfi to mpfi swap last night and my ecu is throwing cel 9 and 16 on all the post I have read it says that ecu B connector 10&12 should be empty but mine had this white wire with red dots in one of the spaces all the connections have been soldered and heat stunk and it’s missing on cyl #2 thanks again guys

B12 is for the interlock - this is the mechanism that prevents you from pulling the key out unless the car is in park (automatic transmission only). The WHT/RED wire runs to the interlock control unit - a blue box mounted under the driver's seat. You can remove this box, and the WHT/RED wire can be removed from B12, as it isn't used anymore. After the conversion, B12 should run to the CKP - the solid white wire on the 8-pin distributor plug.

CEL 9 is CYP
CEL 16 is Injector System

Double check your wiring. Which chassis are you doing the conversion on?
