Default Loose cable under dash

I have a civic 05 GX and when I got into my car today I noticed this cable. Any idea of what this is for?

Do you have an aftermarket gauge somewhere on the dash? That looks like a jumper harness plugged into your OBD2 sensor, which typically is used for some sort of gauges.
