That wire got really hot. You definitely have a problem there.

You really should give specific info. such as the year and model vehicle in question. Regardless, from one of your previous post and avatar photo, you have a 2004 RSX.

That appears to be Connector C101, and that looks to be the green wire at terminal no. 10 that connects between the PCM heater control (-) to the Air/Fuel Ratio sensor which is damaged; possibly from a short. You may want to take a few more photos of the connector from the wire side (with the damaged wire) so that it can be determined if that wire is at terminal no. 10.

So it turns out too be the whole entire dash harness looked everywhere only place that had it was the acura dealer☹
cost me 1499
in a way I'm glad I got a brand new one dash harness in the other hand should of been more carefully .
