I have a 1994 Del Sol DOHC VTEC. Last summer I shifted from 4th-3rd at redline and ever since the transmission is difficult to downshift and makes a whining noise during downshifts like something is spooling up in the transmission. I'm assuming a bearing or syncros are bad. It is otherwise fine and the car is immaculate with low miles. I would like to have this fixed this summer but I don't know what model transmission the car came with. Can you shed light on this for me?

 

every tranny has a sticker on it with the tranny code
