My cluster in my eg ?

Every time I press the gas to the floor my whole cluster trips out my speedo and temp gauge jumps all around but it is fine if I don't press it pass half way between what could this b

bad thermostat ground or trans-to-chassis ground
the plugs and/or screws on the rear of the cluster are loose.
