Icon5 Knock Sensor or TPS? What's causing this?

Guys, i have a 1999 Accord, 2.3L, auto-transmission
Ok so, when i turn the car i don't have any CEL, but after some minutes driving, it turns on... The weird part is this:

If I start it, let it warm and floor it, it goes up to redline and everything seems fine... BUT after that, the CEL turns on... when this happens the car won't go over 4500 rpm... Even at highway speeds... if i need to pass another car, it will do the down shift, but stay at 4500 RPM until I take my foot out of the accelerator for a couple of seconds.
I don't have an OBD-I Scanner, but i did the wire method. and i got code 23. and code 7 which means KS and TPS...
I'm on a tied budget this days, and i want to know which sensor is more likely to be causing this for replacing it first... Thank you so much
