'92 Civic Si - Dash light and head light stopped working
Guys,
Earlier this week, I've had issues with my battery, so I had to take it out the car a couple times and re-install it a couple times too. I finally solve the battery issue, but when I came back to take the car, both the dash lights (cluster and climate control) and head lights wouldn't light up. They are both controlled by the combination switch so this is what I suspect went bad, but I find it weird to happen right after my battery issues. I looked for a ground in that area but couldn't find one.. Is there supposed to be one that I might have unplugged by mistake?
I checked the lamp fuse (no. 2 I think) and it's OK. The clock is still working and the high beams too...

If the alternator is overcharging, all the bulbs that are normally lit (i.e. the low beams but not the high beams) will burn out in a very short time. Always check bulbs first.
I will double check the bulbs, but the alternator is charging at 14.2V so shouldn’t be the problem. Thanks for the input!
